Clayton Mental Health is the private practice of Master’s-level LPC Marisa Gelfand. With the permission of the client, Gelfand partners with physicians, psychiatrists and dietitians. Medication management is available for clients with co-occurring mental health conditions when a physician or psychiatrist is involved.
