Carson Tahoe provides a mind-body-spirit philosophy of care with an integrative approach that includes evidence-based therapies, psychoeducation and testing. Clients engage in regular individual and group therapy sessions rooted in DBT to help regulate emotion and learn healthy coping skills. Psychoeducation classes focus on important issues such as self-esteem, stress and anger management as well as relapse prevention.
