Evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT are often used. Clients are able to receive personal attention during their weekly individual counseling session. This program costs $100 per week.
For those who are interested in individual counseling or just feel they need extra support during IOP, additional sessions can be added for an extra $50 per hour. Couples counseling is also available in a private setting. Here, clients can work on learning the skills needed to build and maintain healthy relationships. These sessions are $50 per hour.
The staff includes a variety of counselors and social workers.
Extras
The anger management treatment is a group therapy-based 12- to 18-week program. Clients meet once a week, for two hours, to discuss their emotions and learn new coping skills. This program costs $35 per session. Individual sessions with an anger management specialist are also available.
The family program is designed specifically for the family members of clients. Through group therapy, family members can work on healthy boundaries, communication and processing their emotions. This program meets the third Tuesday of every month for two hours and costs $25 per session.
Substance abuse education groups, monitored sobriety, court-ordered treatments for minors and strategies for self-improvement are available. Urine analysis is also provided.
