Bright Road Recovery is an outpatient treatment facility for individuals recovering from eating disorders. It is located in beautiful and historic Claremont, California. The facility itself is a picturesque ranch-style colonial building, nestled in idyllic Claremont Village. Treatment and Staff
Bright Road Recovery offers treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, with both Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) available. The PHP is designed to be a high level of recovery support, while allowing clients the flexibility of continuing to work or remain in school. Clients in the PHP have access to six hours of medical and psychological support every day. During this time, they engage in activities that include individual and group therapy as well as meal support. Individuals in the IOP have access to treatment for three hours on weeknights, and three hours on the weekends. The IOP also includes meal support and two groups.
The staff at Bright Road Recovery is comprised of registered therapists and dietitians, who use a number of methodologies to help clients on the road to recovery. Treatment modalities vary by client but CBT is implemented most often. Care for dual diagnosis of disorders like depression and substance abuse is available. There are no 12-step programs on site. Treatment at Bright Road is ongoing, and generally around three months long.

Bright Road also offers nutrition counseling and meal support programs for individuals looking for a less restrictive form of treatment. Specialized treatment for teens is also available. Canine therapy is a part of the treatment at Bright Road, and clients can enjoy the adorable calming comfort of the facility’s resident dogs.
