There are two phases of Suboxone treatment. The first is induction and stabilization, which typically lasts about six to eight weeks after the clients starts the medication. The second phase is maintenance. In most cases, clients are able to gradually taper off buprenorphine without any significant problems. MAT clients are encouraged to attend individual and group therapy while receiving their doses of Suboxone on-site.
The multi-disciplinary treatment team includes psychiatrists, LMFTs, psychologists and a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
