Blair Wellness Group was founded by Cassidy Blair, PsyD, a member of the American Psychological Association who has been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Blair is a Los Angeles native and attended the University of Southern California.
Treatment and Staff
Clinicians at the Blair Wellness Group are known for their compassionate, warm and non-judgmental approach to treatment. After an assessment, most clients commit to a treatment plan that includes weekly individual therapy. Clients may attend additional sessions for couples therapy, divorce therapy and/or grief therapy.
Therapy at Blair incorporates multiple modalities, including CBT, DBT, Interpersonal therapy, gestalt, crisis intervention therapy and psychodynamic processing. Many of its clinicians are in recovery from substance abuse and/or compulsive behavior and can provide clients with first-hand knowledge of successful living in recovery.
The treatment team is experienced treating clients with cross-addictions and encourages clients to attend 12-step meetings in addition to therapy. If clients need medication management for co-occurring disorders, they are given a referral to one of Blair’s several consulting psychiatrists.
Extras
Evening and weekend appointments are available. Blair Wellness offers periodic therapy groups, intensives and weekend workshops as the need arises.
