All For You Counseling Review
All For You Counseling has been offering recovery services to the greater Pierce County, Washington area for 11 years. Based in Tacoma, All For You Counseling offers primarily outpatient care, including an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as well as a host of other treatment tracks and seminars.
Treatment and Staff
Those participating in IOP at All For You can expect three group therapy sessions a week led by CDACs. These sessions are typically two hours long and clients can expect to meet with counselors f0r individual therapy once a month. The core program at All For You is CBT based, with a primary goal of changing negative behavior patterns. Clients are advised to attend off-site 12-step meetings at least once a week. The typical IOP schedule at All For You is three sessions a week for a total of 75 hours, lasting three to three and a half months. After this, clients segue to a second phase with one session a week for several months. Next comes a third and final phase, which consists of one session a month. This is considered an aftercare program.
Lastly, All For You also has a class dedicated to marijuana awareness as well as a relapse prevention class. There is also a mental health evaluation offered which handles issues such as depression, suicide intervention and post-traumatic stress disorder, though this is not a traditional dual-diagnosis option given that there are not regular visits with a staff psychiatrist. There are no detox services offered at All For You, though referrals can be made if necessary. Additionally, clients undergoing methadone treatment at other facilities are welcome to participate in treatment at All For You.
Extras
In addition to IOP, All for You offers a variety of topic-oriented group sessions. There is a domestic violence seminar which offers two levels of care and meets state regulations, a parenting skills workshop tailored to address homes with domestic violence and finally a stress and pain management class. There is also a developmental disabilities track that specializes in addressing the needs of those with Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome.

All For You Counseling offers services for a host of recovery-related issues. Clients can expect IOP with group and individual counseling as well as other classes designed for more specific needs. Although those in need of detox or more intensive programming may need to look elsewhere, those seeking basic IOP at an affordable price will find hat they need at All For You.
