TrustPoint is a hospital situated on a discrete 17 acre campus far removed from the stressors of regular life. The facility can accommodate up to 101 adolescents, adults and seniors. Treatment and Staff
Before starting at TrustPoint, clients go through an extensive intake evaluation that includes physical and psychological examinations as well as a complete history of substance use. From there, the TrustPoint team designs the most effective individualized treatment program customized to address the unique needs, goals and circumstances of the client. When necessary, clients enter into either the acute stabilization unit or the detox program. TrustPoint provides a medical detox that includes around-the-clock supervision and medication to help curb withdrawal symptoms. These inpatient programs can last between 10 and 14 days depending on the needs of the person.
In addition to stabilization and detox, TrustPoint also offers a flexible IOP ideal for individuals that require treatment but cannot make the commitment to a residential program. The IOP runs between three and five days a week, so clients are able to receive consistent care without taking time away from work, school or home obligations.
TrustPoint offers a multifaceted approach to treatment that integrates an array of therapeutic methods. Clients engage in individual and group therapy sessions. Psychoeducation classes cover subject matters like communication skills, coping strategies, addiction education, stress and anger management. Medication management and medical services are available for individuals with mental health conditions like OCD, depression, anxiety and trauma. The 12-step recovery model is not a component of the programming.
The TrustPoint staff is comprised of psychiatrists, physicians, neurologists, social workers, clinicians and a nursing team.

Clients can expect a range of holistic practices including music and art therapy, role-play, aroma therapy, yoga and meditation as well as experiential activities like outdoor sport and recreation.
In addition, TrustPoint understands the vital role that family involvement plays in the success of a sustainable, long-term recovery. The facility offers family therapy sessions to help open lines of communication, end enabling behavior and nurture positive development.
TrustPoint also offers a specialized track for seniors suffering from cognitive and mood disorders.
