Residents stay in world-class accommodations situated in large colonial houses equipped with several common areas, private and semi-private bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The houses also include internet, TVs and a sizable fitness center.
Rules and Regulations
365 offers a mind-body-spirit approach to sober living that integrates 12-step recovery with holistic methods. “Whole person” care increases the likelihood of a sustainable long-term recovery. The facility also incorporates relapse prevention, individual and group counseling and community meetings.
While the length of stay varies depending on the specific needs of the resident, most typically complete the three phases in six months. Before entering 365, individuals undergo an intake assessment to help determine the most effective care plan. During the first month, residents are only required to become involved in a local 12-step meeting and begin working with a sponsor.
During the second phase, clients work closely with a sponsor and are required to attend daily 12-step meetings. 365 also encourages individuals to find employment during this time, as regular jobs provide structure and engagement with regular life.
The last three months, clients work with the program director and recovery coach to focus on discharge planning. At this level, the facility implements job and life skills into the day to day programming, including classes on productivity, time management and resume building. Clients can also receive assistance with interview practice.
Medication management is not a component of the programming, though clients in need of dual diagnosis support can be referred to connecting clinicians.

365 Sober Living provides transitional sober housing for men with top of the line accommodations that boast lots of amenities. While it is technically a sober living, there are also aspects of inpatient treatment with a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to care that integrates the 12-step recovery model with mindfulness, individual and group counseling and case management. 365 is a credit to the community.
